Yes We Care is committed to maintaining transparency and trust with our donors and participants. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations and event registrations.

Donations

  • Voluntary Donations

    • Non-Refundable: All donations made to Yes We Care are considered final and non-refundable. These funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing health education and community engagement programs.

  • Recurring Donations

    • Cancellation: Recurring donors may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us at [email address] or through their donation platform account. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

  • Errors in Donation

    • Refund Requests: In case of an error in the donation amount or duplicate donations, donors can request a refund within 15 days of the transaction by contacting us at [email address]. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Event
Registrations
  • Cancellation by Participant

    • Refund Policy: Participants may cancel their registration for events such as workshops, seminars, and health camps. Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation by Yes We Care

    • Full Refund: If Yes We Care cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

    • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund.

Fundraising Campaigns and Sales
  • Product Sales

    • Non-Refundable: Products sold during fundraising campaigns (e.g., merchandise, health products) are generally non-refundable. However, if a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

  • Campaign Contributions

    • Non-Refundable: Contributions made to specific fundraising campaigns are non-refundable as they are allocated to specific projects immediately upon receipt.

  • Date of Donation/Event Registration

  • Amount Donated/Registration Fee

  • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
